Standard service charges imposed by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank) may apply independently and are not controlled by bo678.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your bo678 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Unless specified otherwise in the promotion's individual terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 96% or bets placed at odds below 1.5 in sports betting may not count toward satisfying wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: bo678 monitors player activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine recreational play intent. All bets and wagers placed through bo678 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. In all cases, the rules displayed at the time a wager is placed form the basis of the contractual relationship for that individual wager.

Bet Acceptance: bo678 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where system errors, manifest pricing errors, or irregular betting activity is detected. Where a bet is cancelled after being placed, the staked amount will be returned to your bo678 account balance.

Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors affecting the game outcome or odds display; events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without sufficient play completed; or clear pricing errors where the odds offered were materially inconsistent with the true market. Voided bets result in a full stake refund.

bo678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• At the player's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bo678 will notify you via your registered email or mobile number before any dormancy-related action is taken.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your bo678 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Where a closure request is made for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), the account will be suspended immediately and no re-opening request will be processed during the self-exclusion period you have elected.

Balances on Closure: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events (including floods, power failures, natural disasters, civil disturbances, or telecommunications failures affecting Bangladesh's infrastructure) may cause temporary unavailability. bo678 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

bo678 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Technical failures or service interruptions caused by your internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or your bank.
• Your reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform where a manifest error has subsequently been corrected.
• Winnings voided due to a verified breach of these Terms or the detection of prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits bo678's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
